City and Board Agendas & Minutes
Unless otherwise set by resolution, the Abernathy City Council regularly meets at 6:30 pm on the Second Monday of each month in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 811 Avenue D. All meetings and events can be found by visiting the City’s website calendar.
Meetings follow an official agenda which is posted online and on the City’s front door or bulletin board next to the front door at City Hall at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. (In the case of emergency or urgent public necessity arises, the agenda will be posted on the front door of City Hall with at least two hours’ notice.)
